SERVICES:

 Full service means just that. I create a mood board/presentation based on our initial consultation. I then shop, coordinate deliveries, hire installers/painters etc, decorate each room top to bottom while you wait for the big reveal!

HOURLY 

CONSULTATIONS:

This is where I simply advise you in any stage of your project. I help with space planning, schematics,    selecting  fixtures and finishes, paint colors etc. By charging an hourly rate, the client has full control over how much or how little my services are needed. 

KITCHEN/BATH

DESIGN:

Remodeling a kitchen or bathroom is one of the most stressful processes as a home owner. Taking this task on without the expertise of a professional can, and most likely will, cost you later. I work with local GC / tradesman to give each client a realistic design and budget . I then guide you through the selection process, construction schedules, payment schedules etc. I work to ensure your remodel is not only beautiful but also stress free!

STAGING:

Trying to sell your home? Are you a realtor with a listing that hasn't moved in months? Staging your home the right way can sell 33%it faster! I work with the client/realtor to decide on a scheme and color pallet. I then rent furniture by the room for x amount of weeks needed. This gives the owner/realtor flexibility and options!
